There are many Christmas traditions that inspire and even some that pop up out of nowhere (to the annoyance of many). One particular, more recent, tradition sparks joy in some and bewilderment or even annoyance in others. I’ve asked the question here, what happens as that pesky (and sometimes malicious) creature ages out - what does that look like? I don’t know about you, but I would be a little freaked out if, in the days leading up to Christmas, I saw Francis propped on my kitchen counter surrounded by evidence of his nightly pranks.
